The following terms and conditions apply to you when you book a reading with me. Read them well.
You can only book a reading with me through the booking program on my website, with a confirmation of your booking per email. The booking is valid after payment through my website. I will confirm your booking and set an appointment with you within 24-72 hours.
Untill 24 hours before a reading it is possible to cancel the session, and you will get a full refund. This is only done with the tarotreadings per videochat and in person. This doesn’t apply tot he tarotreadings done per mail. Booked is hooked in this case! Now, if you don’t show up on the appointed time for your reading per videochat or in person, you won’t get any refunds. If you call an appointment off within 24 hours of the designated time, you will not get a refund either.
Workshops are booked and paid on the website, after which the booking is valid. I will confirm your booking within 24-72 hours. A workshop can be canceled up till 14 days before it is scheduled. If you cancel a workshop after those 14 days there won’t be a refund. If you do not show up for a booked workshop there won’t be a refund either of course. Workshops, just like the tarotreadings, will begin on time.
In case of me being unable to keep my agreement with you for a reading or a workshop, you will get a full refund.
I hold copyright for any material written by me.
